Arachidonic acid, ARA/AA

Arachidonic acid stimulates the production of pro-inflammatory prostaglandins and leucotrienes through COX (cyclogenase) and LOX (liposygenase) enzyme conversion process.

Natural 5-LOX enzyme convert arachidonic acid to 5-HETE ( which can ignite prostate cancer ).
Natural 5-LOX inhibitors: Saw palmetto, ginger, curcumin and boswellia.
